Apartment Specification
The second floor apartment for up to 4 people has gas central heating, a spacious lounge, 2 good sized bedrooms, a fully fitted modern dining kitchen and fully tiled bathroom (shower - no bath). All gas, electricity, quality linen and towels are included in the price as well as a complementary welcome pack for your arrival including milk, bread, butter, conserves, tea, coffee, eggs and cereals. The spacious lounge overlooks the beach to the front and provides glorious views of Cardigan Bay from the large bay window. It is well furnished and includes a widescreen digital HD TV (Freeview HD & Telextext), Blu-ray DVD player, Mini Hi-Fi (IPOD Dock / CD / DAB / MP3 socket) and free Wi-fi. A selection of games, books and DVDs are provided for your enjoyment and a pair of binoculars for dolphin spotting! There is also an information pack which provides information about the apartment, the town of Aberystwyth (things to do, places to visit etc) and the surrounding area. The 2 bedrooms provide flexibility of sleeping arrangements as they can be made up as either two doubles or one double and one twin. Both bedrooms have a DAB / FM alarm clock radio, mirror and wardrobe space with plenty of hangers. A hairdryer is provided in the master bedroom. The dining kitchen is equipped with all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans that you need to fully self cater during your stay. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave and toaster. An iron and ironing board are also available in the apartment. The fully tiled modern bathroom includes a large two-way shower and a heated towel rail. For those arriving between 4.00pm and 6.00pm (Mon to Sat) our representative will meet you on arrival at Plas Hafan to take you inside and answer any questions you may have about the apartment. Those arriving later or on a Sunday will receive a courtesy call the following day. We accept payment by sterling cheque, bank transfer and debit / credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Maestro).
